Continuing Case study 1: Daily walks near water during COVID-19

Covid-19 was a time of private unshared experience of walking along one’s own ‘local’ river. Rivers and other water bodies became spaces of daily engagement for many people, while for others, water was too far from the allowable distance distance of walking during the pandemic, however there were ways to continue engaging with water in some way.

This co-created gallery of photographs, illustrations, audio and film was created by ‘local’ people going on their daily walks, engaging with rivers and other water bodies.
